With these organizations I am able to help low-income seniors stay in their homes longer, and help women and children of domestic violence overcome life’s struggles. During my career I've worked with industry leaders, private developers, and first time buyers. The focus of my energy has always included increasing the income and clientele for investors of multifamily housing communities. This has contributed greatly to my clients’ overall real estate success. My responsibilities have included the project management of apartment communities ranging from 20 units to nearly 600 units, repositioning apartment communities in the dynamic market of San Diego, and helping newcomers locate the perfect area to establish roots.
